Since 2000 facilitator and coordinator of the 2004 campaign Sbilanciamoci! , which involves dozens of organizations of civil society in the activity of drawing up proposals for public policies, awareness and parliamentary lobbying, the creation of alternative indicators for measuring well-being of the Italian regions. Thus was born the calculation model QUARS (quality index regional development), and then fill in the annual reports of the campaign and in the documents of many public institutions.
